My biggest regret is that I didn't sign up straight away for the Tony Quinn Seminar and let concern of the cost rule my decision and therefore wasted over a year of my life. I attended the 2-week seminar in May 2004. On the seminar you could see everyone change over the 2 weeks, some were quicker than others but everyone changed. Since returning from the seminar I am able to relax much more than I ever did before, I can let go of work and I am no longer working 16 hour days for someone else. If things do get hectic at work I go and find a quiet spot and let the energy come up for a few seconds, then it's much easier to carry on. To cannibalise one of Tonys quotes "stop trying to cram in from without, the reasons not go, but draw out from within, the reasons to go and do it.

As I listened, this incredible feeling that I HAD to go to the Tony Quinn Seminar came over me. I knew that it was going to change our lives forever.
